This whole area is very tropical with palms and large plants and flowers.

Here we were able to walk around town as it was near the harbor. Our tour around the island was on a small and old schoolbus type bus that were wooden inside and had no glass in the windows. They were decorated with flowers both inside and out. We saw the ocean/beach missionary church, and flower-pot shaped rock with palms growing on it.

Then our tour went to a native 'village' for sample of food, cooking demo in fire pit, how to open coconuts and dancing show. We also got a sample of their cocoa drink, which was cocoa with water & sugar. This 'village' appeared to be just a show for tourists - not a real village.
