Crabmeat or Shrimp Dip
The best dip ever! This may be served warm in a chaffing dish or refrigerated and served cold.
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 can flaked crabmeat or tiny shrimp. (I use fresh or frozen, as the canned has sulfites added.)
a dash of garlic salt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 t. mustard
1 t. onion juice (or 1 T. grated onion is OK too)
1 t. confectioners sugar
dash of accent or salt (optional)
Stir in 2 T. white wine or sherry just before serving. (I omit this because of the sulfites again).
Melt cream cheese in saucepan over low heat or in the microwave. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
