Gazpacho Soup | |
Place the following into a blender container and process until vegetables are course chunks. 5-6 green onions 32 oz. jar of tomato juice 1 t. chopped garlic 1/2 a green pepper in large pieces 1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and course chopped. 2 T. fresh lemon juice 1 T. olive oil 1/2 t. salt 1 t. sugar dash of white pepper Chill until ready to serve. Add garlic or cheese croutons on top when serving. Sour cream optional. |
