San Diego Zoo

This is one of the finest and most beautiful zoos in the world. In addition to the 1000 exotic animals; there are more than 6,500 plant species. This makes a very enjoyable place to spend a few hours. There are bus tours to give you an overview, plus the Skyfari Aerial Tram for a treetop view. Of course there are several shops, restaurants, snack bars, etc.
