An Art Tour of St.Maartin |
|
We got to St. Maartin after 5 days on the Atlantic ocean. The crossing was unusually smooth, but starting to get boring. We decided to take a different kind of tour here. Four artists had an open studio for the tours. I'm showing 3 of them, as the 4th studio did not have 'originals'; but was a daughter showing copies of her deceased father's work. When it was over, Dave said it was just another shopping trip. St.Maartin has both a Dutch side and a French side. You can cross from one to the other without even knowing you are doing so. The ocean here is a very pretty color. |

The artist of this work and that at right was showing his work in a nice garden area by his home. |
