Austria's capital has a cosmopolitan yet nostalgic flair and seems to be popular with everyone. I know we would like to spend more time here. We see imposing palaces and huge residences, encircling the medieval inner city. The Belvedere Palace has beautiful gardens and an impressive art collection. There is also the baroque Schonbrunn Palace, another World Heritage Site, with opulent rooms and a collection of period furniture. |
